What it’s for
The Bilateral Shoulder Brace is for people who require support in both shoulders — either at the front, the back, or both. Straps can be adjusted to limit unwanted movement and increase confidence in both shoulders simultaneously.

Commonly used in rugby, netball, hockey, cricket, swimming, and other contact or overhead sports where bilateral shoulder instability is a factor.
How it works
The front and rear neoprene bodice applies compression to both shoulders and the chest area, providing an anchor for the strap system. Breathable mesh inserts in key areas keep the body cool during intensive activity.
Elasticised fabric restraints slow excessive or sudden arm movements, giving muscles time to respond and reducing the likelihood of dislocation. This resistance can also be used therapeutically to gently strengthen the shoulder by having the arms push carefully against the stretch fabric.
Strap placement can be configured to control shoulder and arm positioning, limiting the range of motion most likely to cause further injury. Straps can be tightened for maximum protection or loosened for less restriction, depending on your activity and recovery stage.

Sized by chest and bicep measurements. If between sizes, size up, or be guided by the bicep measurement for a firm, supportive fit.

Care instructions
