Getting the Right Fit

Flawless Motion braces are designed to be adjustable, allowing the fit to be tailored to the individual. Accurate sizing helps ensure comfort, effective support, and confidence during activity.


How to Measure

Follow these steps before selecting your brace size:

  1. Chest measurement
    Measure and record the widest part of the chest.
  2. Bicep measurement
    Measure and record the circumference of the upper arm (bicep) at its widest point.
  3. Select your size
    Use the sizing tables below to identify the most appropriate brace size.


If You Are Between Sizes

If your measurements fall between sizes, prioritise the bicep measurement when selecting your brace.

The brace design allows for variation in chest size through multiple strap attachment options, enabling a secure and adjustable fit.

If additional chest circumference is required, a chest extension is available separately.

Shoulder Brace Size Guide

Between sizes? Prioritise the bicep measurement. Chest fit can be adjusted using multiple strap attachment sites. A chest extension is available if required.

Women’s Braces


How to measure (Women): Chest measured across the fullest part of the chest. Bicep measured relaxed at the widest point (non-flexed).

These sizing ranges are intended as general guidance. If you are unsure between sizes, prioritise bicep measurement. If additional chest circumference is required, a chest extension is available separately from the NZ store.
