Refund Policy – Flawless Motion UK

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 28 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a refund, the brace must:

  • Be returned within 28 days of delivery.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The brace is unused
  • The brace is unworn
  • the brace is return in its original, undamaged packaging,
  • All instructions and components are included
  • the brace must be clean, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

Braces worn during sporting participation, training, competition, or exercise are considered used goods and are not eligible for refund.

Braces that show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess fit and sizing may not be eligible for a refund.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Perspiration or body odour.
  • Dirt, sand, mud, or other contamination.
  • Pet hair.
  • Cosmetic marks, makeup, or deodorant residue.
  • Washing or laundering.
  • Damaged or excessively worn straps, fabrics, or components.

All returned products are inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Braces that have been worn, used, or trialled on the body

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK /EU consumer law.

Exchanges and sizing

We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing guide before ordering.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges are only available for unused items that meet the return conditions above.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Consumers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.

Braces worn during sporting participation, training, competition, rehabilitation exercise, or other physical activity are considered used goods and are not eligible for refund.
